General Policies
- D’Brows accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, and debit cards as payment for services. Checks are NOT accepted.
- Cancelled or insufficient fund items require a $25 processing charge.
- All services over $59 require a $25 deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due at the end of service.
- D’Brows appreciates 24-hour notification for cancellations of all services. A no-show fee of $19 will apply for any services not secured with a deposit.
- D’Brows reserves the right to assess a $9 late fee at the time of service.
- Payment is due after services are rendered.
- Our stylist are licensed by the District of Columbia.
- D’Brows guarantees pre-paid clients with appointments with a shortened wait time.
- For faster service we encourage you to work with any of our stylists. All D’Brows stylist share similar skill in handling your look.
- Please turn off cell phones upon entering the salon. We appreciate no cell phone calls in the salon area except in cases of extreme emergency.
- Please do not schedule bikini or Brazilian wax services during the menstrual cycle.
- Guests are responsible for informing the stylist of any medical conditions (treated or untreated) prior to receiving services. D’Brows will not be liable for any medical conditions (treated or untreated) that occur as a result of information being withheld by the guests.
